This website is hosted on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) in a data centre within the European Union. Processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website on the basis of my legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).

Technically necessary server log data is generated when the site is accessed. My own application logs do not store IP addresses. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.

When you send me a request via the contact form, I process the data you provide: name, email address, optionally your company, the selected budget range, and your message.

I process this data solely to respond to your request and to initiate a possible project. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

To deliver the form message to my inbox I use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor. This may involve a transfer to the USA, safeguarded by appropriate measures (EU standard contractual clauses).

I store your enquiry until it has been fully dealt with and then delete it, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics tool, and no third-party tracking or advertising services. No profiling takes place.

Fonts are served locally from the server (self-hosted) and not fetched from an external service (e.g. Google Fonts). Visiting the site therefore transmits no personal data to third parties for rendering.

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
